Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Gels Nails PH, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully.
1. Returns
You have 3 days from the time you receive the item to raise an issue for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Have issues that are caused by the nail artist. Eg: Wrong size/shape, designs flaws.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at on instagram @gels.nailsph, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
3. Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
